Every session I lead — whether it's a workshop, a breakout, a lunch-and-learn, or a team training — is built around the same frameworks in my books and embedded in the work I do every day leading sales teams in Las Vegas. You don't just hear the concepts. You use them. You leave with something you can apply before the week is out.

My methodology, Production-Based Management, is built on nearly 30 years of real-world sales leadership. It throws out the one-size-fits-all playbook and meets each person where they are — by personality, experience level, and production. It works because it's not theoretical. It's what I do.

I'm the author of Explosive Connections and a second book on sales leadership coming October 2026. My sessions are designed to be an entry point — a taste of the methodology that lives fully in the books and the deeper training work.
