With a 30-year career rooted in Las Vegas, I've built my reputation on one belief: relationships are the strategy.

My journey started in the high-energy world of live entertainment, coordinating pyrotechnics for legendary acts like Michael Jackson and Guns N' Roses. That world taught me to manage complexity, read a room, and deliver under pressure — skills I've relied on every day since.

In 1997, I transitioned into real estate, working my way through roles in home warranty, title, and escrow. Today I serve as Sales Manager at Equity Title of Nevada, leading a team of sales professionals across six Las Vegas locations — while also running Jayde Consulting, my fractional business development firm focused on helping companies increase revenue through relationship-based strategies.

My coaching philosophy, Production-Based Management, throws out the one-size-fits-all playbook and meets each person where they are, based on their personality, experience, and production level. It's the approach behind my book Explosive Connections and my upcoming sales leadership book, due October 2026.

Whether I'm on stage, in a boardroom, or working one-on-one with a sales team, my goal is always the same: help people connect more intentionally and sell more naturally.
